What Butte Community Bank is all about and what we believe.

Mission Statement

In every work environment management will talk about doing your best, the work ethic, being more productive, etc. These edicts are just that: edicts. They cannot be more than that, unless there is a true belief system at the center of the business's philosophy.

Here at Butte Community Bank we have a very definite belief system and a very definite vision of what we are and will continue to be.

Our vision is simply this:

"Our bank has a mission to continue to achieve the highest standards of performance and personal belief in what we do. We will develop and enhance our products and services, promote quality and expertise, and empower our employees to accomplish these goals. We are, and will continue to be, known for our integrity and commitment."

This is our belief system. It is our expectation everyone will personally adopt this vision as their work ethic here at Butte Community Bank. We accept the challenge to share this vision and have this attitude in everything we do.

We will at times, fall short of achieving all that we want to accomplish individually and as a team, and there will be days when we will not have performed our best. These times will not deter us from believing in ourselves, our Bank, and what we represent. Some may think this commitment is just words or rhetoric - it is not, it is why we started this bank and it is the reason we are successful and the very core of our dream.

Every time we address a customer or confront a situation, this belief and this vision must be the basis of why and how we act and proceed. Our collective time and effort in our work environment, with a strong belief in this vision, will represent Butte Community Bank as the very best a community bank can be. Let us all strive to take every opportunity to prove it.
