Online banking is the process of accessing accounts and executing financial transactions over the Internet. Depending on account type and transaction requirements, we offer several different electronic banking services.

01. Who can use our Online Banking system?

Online Banking is available with no monthly fee to any individual or business who has a current Butte Community Bank deposit account. Register here.

02. What can Online Banking do?

Depending on the type of account, customers may have access to the following functions:

  • Account balance information.
  • Account transaction history.
  • Access previous statements.
  • Funds transfer.
  • Stop payments.
  • Account information download capability.
  • Online Bill Payment (see below)
  • Try Online Banking demo.

03. Online Bill Payment

Bill Payment is just one of several Online Banking components, but it's one of the most powerful. To help you get a faster start, we've collected the following resources. They're also available once you log in to Online Banking.

04. System Requirements

  • Computer with Modem
    • To access Online Banking, you will need a modem with a minimum speed of 28.8 kilobits per second (Kbps).
  • Internet Connection
    • A reliable connection to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP) is essential.
  • Secure Browser
    • Butte Community Bank utilizes 128-Bit High Encryption, the most secure level of technology available. To access your accounts, your browser must be able to support this level.

05. Financial Management Software

The following financial management software is compatible with Butte Community Bank Online Banking and Bill Payment.

Although other programs and versions may function, they are not supported by Butte Community Bank, Microsoft© or Intuit©.

Electronic Statements

Electronic Statements (E-Statements) are a revolutionary way to view your bank account statements online, eliminating the need for paper statements. You can access your statement at any time through our secure Online Banking system.

01. About E-Statements

  • Butte Community Bank E-Statements are free.
  • E-Statements can be viewed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • E-Statements are currently available for Checking, Savings, Money Market, and Health Savings Accounts.
  • With combined monthly statements, you can review all of your accounts at a glance. Contact us for details.
  • Monthly services charges will be avoided on Business Checking and Health Savings Accounts set up on E-Statements.
  • Minimum balance requirements to avoid monthly service charges still apply on Personal One Plus Checking, High Yield Checking, Savings, and Money Market accounts.
  • You will be notified by email every time a new statement is available to view online.
  • Once you sign up and begin accumulating a history, your E-Statements will be available online for six months.
  • You will no longer get paper statements in the mail when you sign up.
  • You can print a copy of your E-Statement directly, or save it to your computer to print later.
  • You will need Adobe Reader® to view your E-Statements.

02. How to Sign Up for E-Statements

  • To sign up for E-Statements, you must be a registered Butte Community Bank Online Banking customer. Register here.
  • Visit our website: buttecommunity.com
  • Log In to Online Banking.
  • At the Online Banking home page, click Products & Services.
  • At the "Trusted Partners" page under "BankImage - Online Statements," select an account and click the Enter button.
  • Complete the easy online form.
  • After your next statement is produced, you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready for viewing.
