Customer Notification Regarding Registered Warrants

Effective September 8, 2009 Butte Community Bank will accept State of California Registered Warrants for deposit only for existing account holders.

You, the customer, agree that Registered Warrants processed by the bank will not receive interest from the State of California.  In order to receive interest for your Registered Warrant you will need to send it directly to the Treasurer’s office for redemption.

All other terms and conditions of your account will apply to the registered warrant.
